Our Approach
Altitude Legal Search treats each law firm as one would a major organization of
international importance, and it treats each attorney as if he or she were being
recruited as an executive at the highest levels of that organization.
After candidates contact us and we confirm their eligibility, we email them back
with answers to their preliminary questions and suggest a time to discuss their
potential move. We work with them to develop a list of target law firms
appropriate for their goals and preferences, drawing on our relationships with
top law firms and our understanding of the current legal market. We provide
them with feedback and counsel every step of the way.
Once their applications to their target firms are finalized, we request their
express permission to distribute them on their behalf. We help arrange the
interviews, follow up on their applications, and ultimately place them in a
position of their choice.
